Responsibilities of HR Recruiter: 

  1. Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
  2. Efficiently manage workforce scheduling.
  3. Administer health and life insurance program
  4. Strategically plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  5. Ensure timely updating of employee records, incorporating new hire information and changes in employment status
  6. Maintain payroll records
  7. Process employees queries and respond in a timely manner
  8. Conduct through CV screening and perform insightful interviews
  9. Onboard new employees.
