What would you do?

• You will work with our client Support vertical, assisting us in managing/resolving client queries, dealing escalations and complaints from disgruntled customers, and providing the best resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs, transforming them from a required function for addressing customer problems to a value-generating solution that serves as a strategic differentiator in the market.
• In Customer Master Data Management, you will be in charge of procedures, governance, rules, standards, and technologies that define and maintain an organization’s key data in a consistent manner, providing a single point of reference.

Skill Required

Master Data Management (MDM) is a needed skill in Next Generation Customer Operations.

• In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
• The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
